Job Responsibilities:
- Offering administrative support across the organization in maintaining the clinical data confidential and on time.
- Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and attending phone calls, booking the day to day appointments
- Welcome patients and greet people who visit the business
- Consult customers via telephone throughout every step of the process
- Develop individual solutions based on the requirements of the customer
- Provide knowledge and in-depth advice for hearing loss and hearing aids
- After understanding the level of hearing loss and budget of the customer suggest him/her the ideal hearing aid for him/her and help them purchasing a hearing aid
- Handle all customer complaints satisfactorily

- Ability to communicate effectively in a verbal, written and visual manner
- Time management/ prioritization skills.
