Job Responsibilities:

  • Offering administrative support across the organization in maintaining the clinical data confidential and on time.
  • Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and attending phone calls, booking the day to day appointments
  • Welcome patients and greet people who visit the business
  • Consult customers via telephone throughout every step of the process
  • Develop individual solutions based on the requirements of the customer
  • Provide knowledge and in-depth advice for hearing loss and hearing aids
  • After understanding the level of hearing loss and budget of the customer suggest him/her the ideal hearing aid for him/her and help them purchasing a hearing aid
  • Handle all customer complaints satisfactorily
